Esta política explica qué información usa Gemora, el juego para Android de Kreiz Studios (identificador com.kreizstudios.gemora), y el sitio web nexube.net. Kreiz Studios es responsable del juego. Contacto: kreizstudios@gmail.com.

Información que se queda en tu teléfono

Tu progreso, monedas, ajustes, disfraces de Lumi y el registro de errores del juego se guardan en tu dispositivo. Kreiz Studios no los recibe. El registro de errores y el código de copia de seguridad solo salen de tu teléfono si tú decides compartirlos.

Anuncios (Google AdMob)

El juego muestra anuncios mediante Google AdMob. Google puede recopilar el identificador de publicidad de tu dispositivo, tu dirección IP, tu ubicación aproximada, información del dispositivo, cómo interactúas con los anuncios y datos de diagnóstico, para mostrar anuncios, medirlos y prevenir fraudes. En las regiones donde la ley lo exige, el juego te pide tu consentimiento antes y puedes cambiarlo en Ajustes, en «Privacidad de anuncios». También puedes restablecer o eliminar tu identificador de publicidad en los ajustes de Android.

Compras (Google Play)

Las compras dentro del juego las procesa Google Play. Kreiz Studios no recibe ni guarda los datos de tu tarjeta. La app solo recibe la confirmación de compra necesaria para entregarte lo que compraste.

Google Play Juegos

Si inicias sesión en Google Play Juegos, Google procesa tu perfil de jugador, tus logros, tus puntuaciones y tu partida guardada en la nube. Es opcional y el juego funciona sin ello.

Actualizaciones del juego y sitio web

Al abrirlo, el juego consulta nexube.net para descargar actualizaciones. Como en cualquier conexión a internet, el servidor recibe tu dirección IP para poder responder. No guardamos registros de visitas y no usamos esa información para identificarte. Los registros técnicos de errores del servidor pueden contener direcciones IP de forma temporal. El sitio web no usa cookies ni herramientas de análisis.

Notificaciones y vibración

Las notificaciones las programa el propio teléfono, no un servidor externo, y puedes apagarlas en Ajustes. La vibración también se ajusta allí.

Empresas que tratan datos

Los datos descritos en los apartados de anuncios, compras y Play Juegos los trata Google según su Política de privacidad y sus condiciones para apps asociadas. Kreiz Studios no vende tus datos.

Tus derechos y cómo borrar tus datos

• Puedes borrar tu progreso en Ajustes, con «Borrar progreso», o desinstalando el juego.
• Los datos de Google se gestionan desde tu cuenta de Google.
• Según tu país, puedes tener derecho a acceder a tus datos, corregirlos, borrarlos u oponerte a su uso. Para ejercerlos o resolver dudas, escríbenos al correo de contacto.

Menores de edad

Gemora está dirigido a personas de 13 años o más. No recopilamos a sabiendas información de menores de esa edad. Si crees que un menor nos dio datos, escríbenos y los eliminaremos.

Seguridad

Las conexiones con nuestro servidor usan HTTPS y las actualizaciones van firmadas digitalmente. Ningún sistema es totalmente seguro, pero trabajamos para proteger la información.

Cambios

Si cambiamos esta política, publicaremos la nueva versión en esta página con su fecha.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information is used by Gemora, the Android game by Kreiz Studios (package com.kreizstudios.gemora), and by the nexube.net website. Kreiz Studios is responsible for the game. Contact: kreizstudios@gmail.com.

Information that stays on your phone

Your progress, coins, settings, Lumi's outfits and the game's error log are stored on your device. Kreiz Studios does not receive them. The error log and the backup code only leave your phone if you choose to share them.

Ads (Google AdMob)

The game shows ads through Google AdMob. Google may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, approximate location, device information, ad interactions and diagnostic data to show and measure ads and prevent fraud. Where the law requires it, the game asks for your consent first, and you can change it in Settings under "Ad privacy". You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings.

Purchases (Google Play)

In-game purchases are processed by Google Play. Kreiz Studios does not receive or store your card details. The app only receives the purchase confirmation needed to deliver what you bought.

Google Play Games

If you sign in to Google Play Games, Google processes your player profile, achievements, scores and cloud save. This is optional and the game works without it.

Game updates and website

When opened, the game contacts nexube.net to download updates. As with any internet connection, the server receives your IP address in order to respond. We do not keep visit logs and do not use this information to identify you. Technical server error logs may temporarily contain IP addresses. The website does not use cookies or analytics tools.

Notifications and vibration

Notifications are scheduled by the phone itself, not by an external server, and you can turn them off in Settings. Vibration is also adjusted there.

Companies that process data

The data described in the ads, purchases and Play Games sections is processed by Google under its Privacy Policy and its terms for partner apps. Kreiz Studios does not sell your data.

Your rights and deleting your data

• You can delete your progress in Settings with "Delete progress", or by uninstalling the game.
• Google data is managed from your Google Account.
• Depending on your country, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the use of your data. To exercise these rights or ask questions, email us.

Children

Gemora is intended for people aged 13 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under that age. If you believe a child gave us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Connections to our server use HTTPS and updates are digitally signed. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its date.
